1lb. ground beef
1 pouch mashed potatoes
1 bag super sweet white corn
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
chopped garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Cook potatoes and corn as directed. In skillet, fry 2-3 tsp. of garlic for about a minute. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Drain if needed. In medium size baking dish, add hamburger and spread evenly to cover bottom of dish. Sprinkle a layer of cheese. Add corn as next layer. Spread mashed potatoes over corn. Top with a layer of cheese. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
