1 onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
olive oil
2 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
Fajita seasoning
Tortillas
Salsa
Rice (flavor is of desired choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice as directed on box. Chop onion and peppers into desired size pieces and place in bowl. Slice chicken into desired size pieces and set aside. In large skillet, fry onion and peppers on high heat until brown. Remove and set aside in bowl. Turn heat down to med-high and add 1 tsp. olive oil to skillet and add chicken pieces. Fry until done. Add fajita seasoning and a little bit of water and mix well. Add onions and peppers back into skillet and cook until done (about 10 minutes or so). Warm tortillas in microwave and serve!
