9 oz. French bread (1 lb loaf - slice about 1 inch pieces)
9 eggs
1 1/2 C. Half and Half
1 T. honey
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Grease pan well and put in bread. Pour mixture, of all ingredients, over the bread and let stand 5 minutes. Cover and refrigerate over night. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes - uncovered and can be turned 10 minutes before done.

The word good in the phrase "grease pan good" was crossed out and changed with the word well. So based on Mom's experience with this recipe, "grease pan well".
