9 pounds tomatoes
1/2 C. lemon juice
4 T. Worchestershire sauce
2 T. celery salt
4 T. salt
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
dash cayenne pepper

Directions:
Wash tomatoes and remove stem ends and core. Cut up tomatoes into 8 - 10 quart kettle or Dutch oven. Slowly cook tomatoes, covered 15 minutes until soft. Stir often to prevent sticking. Press tomatoes through food mill to extract juice, measure 12 cups of juice. Return juice to kettle, stir in lemon juice, Worchestershire, celery salt, salt, onion powder, hot pepper sauce, pepper and cayenne. Bring mixture to a boil 2 minutes. Pour hot juice into clean hot canning jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Adjust lids. Process in boiling water bath 10 minutes. Makes about 6 cups. For each Bloody Mary, fill cocktail glass with ice, pour in 1 jigger vodka. Fill glass with Bloody Mary mix, stir with celery stalk.
