Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 T. flour
1 T. sugar
salt to taste
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
3 c. chopped turkey (or chicken)
3 c. diced, peeled apples
1/2 c. raisins
2 tsp. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all in large pot, and heat through until the apples are soft. Place the filling into purchased crepes, crescent rolls, over bread, or into any type of mild or sweet bread you'd like, and roll it up. I used to make real thin pancakes to use as wraps. If necessary, bake bread as directed (like you'd have to do with crescent rolls).

Personal Notes:
One of our family favorites for years. Easy for leftover turkey, and usually when apples are in season, also. ** You can wrap the filling in different kinds of bread, not just crepes. If you flatten the crescent rolls out a bit, I think those are extra good.
