1 Pkg. cake mix without pudding (I use lemon, but orange is good, too - haven't tried chocolate yet)
2 c. whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 egg
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Directions:

Blend together the cake mix, whipped topping, and egg. Roll a tablespoon of the mix in powdered sugar and place on lightly sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 12 - 15 minutes (just lightly browned).

This is one of Grandma Miller's recipes. I won the cookie bake off contest at the office using this recipe with lemon cake mix. Talk about EASY!!
