1 lb. crawfish, drained
1-1/2 sticks butter
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped (or 5 cloves garlic, chopped)
2 tbsp. flour
1 pint half & half
3 tbsp. sherry (optional)
Salt and pepper (black and red) to taste
Pre-made pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Saute crawfish and 1/2 stick butter over a low heat for 10 minutes.

Saute green onions or garlic and parsley in 1 stick of butter over a low heat for 10 minutes.

Blend flour and half & half cream (cream sauce).

Add sherry.

Blend crawfish and cream sauce.

Add spices and stir.

Pour mixture in pie crust and bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
