1 - 2 tbsp. garlic, chopped
1-1/2 tbsp. butter
1/4 of a bell pepper, chopped
1 sprig parsley, chopped
1/2 rib celery, chopped
3/4 cup bread, broken in small pieces
1 egg, beaten
1/2 lb. crab meat
1 tbsp. white wine
3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cut Romano cheese
1 - 2 tbsp. of butter
12 large shrimp, peel except for the very end of the tail, butterfly, devein, and clean
Salt, pepper, and Tony's chachere's seasoning to tase
1/2 lemon

Directions:

Melt butter then add garlic, bell pepper, parsley, and celery and saute for 10 minutes on low/medium heat stirring frequently; stir in crab meat; and add seasonings.

Remove from the fire and add the egg; add 1/2 cup bread crumbs and the Romano cheese; and the wine.

Cool mixture. When the mixture cools enough to handle, pat 1 tbsp. stuffing around shrimp until a ball forms around the entire shrimp except for the tail. Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on shrimp.

Place stuffed shrimp in a well greased baking pan and dot with butter.

Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 15 minutes. Tun each shrimp over and bake for another 15 minutes or until the shrimp are golden brown.

Serve the shrimp sprinkled with lemon juice.
