1/2 pound sliced boiled ham (or sliced hot dogs)
1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup sliced green onions or scallions
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 cup thinly sliced pimiento stuffed olives
3 T. mayonnaise
1/2 cup chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ham slice and cheddar cheese into 1/4 inch cubes. Combine with sliced scallions, sliced eggs, and olives. Toss together with mayonnaise and chili sauce. Mix well and spread mixture in 12 split hot dog rolls.

Wrap each in aluminum foil, twisting the ends securely. Bake 10 minutes in a 400 degree oven until rolls are hot. These can be made ahead and kept in the refrigerator then heated at serving time, but allow extra time for heating.
