9 or 10 c. of pinto beans
1 T. vinegar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 large onions
1 1/2 c. sliced pork

Directions:
Soak pinto beans overnight. Boil 15 minutes. Add 1 tsp. baking soda after boil. Drain and cover with fresh water. Add remaining ingredients and boil until the beans are soft. Pack in hot quart jars 1" from the top. Add 1 tsp. salt per jar. Wipe rim and place lids and rings on jars. Process at 10 lbs. for 100 minutes.
