4 to 6 Pork Chops (Center Cut)
1 Onion
1 Green Pepper
1 cup chopped Celery
4 tbsp uncooked rice
12 oz tomato juice
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops on both sides in large skillet on top of stove and put a little olive oil in skillet for the browning. Layer on top of the pork chops 1 onion sliced, 1 green pepper sliced, 4 tbsp uncooked rice, 1 cup chopped celery. Use salt and pepper as needed. Pour 12 oz tomato juice over the top of ingredients. Cover skillet and simmer for 1 hour. If additional Rice is wanted use separate pan and make rice as usual but pour some tomato juice in pan while rice is cooking. Delicious.

Depending on the number of guests you choose the number of pork chops to use. Can be 4 to 6
