1 box Orso pasta
1 jar sun dried tomatoes in seasoned olive oil

Your selection of chopped/sliced/diced vegetables:
broccoli
carrots
cucumber or summer squash
green onions
black olives
cherry tomatoes (cut in half only)
red, yellow, orange or green peppers
celery
radishes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil orso according to package directions, al dente. (do not over cook)
Rinse and drain.
Place in a large bowl.
Drain the sun dried tomatoes, adding the oil to the orso.
Slice sun dried tomatoes and add to the orso.
Add your choice of chopped vegetables. Make it colorful!

If it seems too dry, you may add more olive oil or sun-dried tomatoes and oil.

If you use firmer vegetables it will last longer in the refrigerator.
