Ingredients:  
1 egg white
1 box (4 oz) coconut
1/3 c condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white until stiff.

Mix together the coconut and condensed milk. Add egg white and mix gently. Add vanilla.

Drop by spoonful on greased baking sheet.

Bake at 350ºF until lightly browned.
