2 1/2 C. grated cheddar cheese
1 C. milk
1 tsp. mustard
1 lb. bacon (fried) - make ahead and crumble when cool
1 can mushrooms (drained)
chopped onion and green pepper
1 dozen eggs (beaten well)

Directions:
Directions:
In 9 X 13 baking pan layer the grated cheese, after mixing the milk and mustard, add half of this over the cheese. As next layer, add bacon, followed by the mushrooms, onions and peppers. Over this add the beaten eggs and then the last half of the milk/mustard mixture. Bake uncovered at 350º for about 40 minutes. Can be made ahead and baked when needed. Can use ham and sausage too.
