1 lb. ground beef
1 c. tomato soup
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. rice (uncooked)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. celery (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Add seasoning, egg, and crumbs to meat and blend. Form into balls and fry in fat until brown. Put in baking dish. Cover with soup and water. Cook covered at 350º for 1 hour. Uncover for last part of cooking.
