1 package (6oz.) strawberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
2 package (10 oz.) frozen sweeten sliced strawberries
1 can (2 oz.) crushed pineapple undrained
2 cups (16 oz.) sour cream
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in strawberries and pineapple with juice. Pour 1/2 of the mixture into a 13" x 9" dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over gelatin, spoon the rest of gelatin mix over top. Chill and serve.
