4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. minced onion
3 c. diced celery
2/3 c. diced green pepper (optional)
4 c. cooked and diced chicken
2 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. jar of diced pimento
1 c. diced fresh mushrooms
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped pecans or almonds

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute the onions, celery and green pepper in butter. Add chicken, lemon juice, salt and pepper, pimento and mushrooms. Remove from heat. Add mayonnaise and nuts. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
