1 package brownie mix plus ingredients to make cake like brownies according to package
1 package chocolate chips
1 tsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. brown sugar, divided
1 c. salted mixed nuts, divided
5 packages of Rolo candy (40 pieces)
vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Chop 1 1/2 c. of the chocolate chips. Combine the brownies mix, oil, eggs,and 1/4 c. of the brown sugar; mix well. Fold in chopped chocolate chips; pour batter into a bar pan (cookie sheet edges) and spread evenly.
Chop nuts. Combine half of the nuts and the remaining 1/2 c. of brown sugar; sprinkle evenly over brownie batter. Bake 20-22 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool.
While brownie are baking, cut 16 caramels into quarters. Place remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips in a glass bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute or until melted; stirring after each 20 second interval. Spoon melted chocolate into a ziplock bag and set aside.
Remove brownies from oven and immediately press remaining 24 caramels evenly into brownie in four rows of six caramels each. Sprinkle quartered caramels and remaining nuts over brownies. Trip corner of chocolate-filled bag and drizzle chocolate evenly over brownies. Cut into squares; serve with ice cream.
