Ingredients:  
1/2 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup canned milk
1 3/4 cups to 2 cups sifted powdered sugar

Directions:

Melt butter and add brown sugar. Boil and stir over low heat for 2 minutes. Add milk and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cool to lukewarm. Gradually add powdered sugar. Beat until thick enough to spread. If it gets too thick add some hot water.

Great on white or yellow cakes. Top with pecan halves!
