Ingredients:  
4 cups milk
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup key lime juice
Lime zest

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan bring milk to a boil over medium to low heat. Add rice, cook until rice is soft and creamy in covered pot. Remove from heat and add sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice, stirring well to combine. Let cool, cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight before serving.
