1/2 lb. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 pkg. Lemon Jell-O
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Lemon Juice
1-1/2 c. hot water

Note: We found directions from a Jell-O database as follows:
Mix Jello with 1 cup of boiling water and let cool to room temperature.
Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cream together with Jello. Let sit. Whip canned milk in large bowl until thick. Fold in Jello and cream cheese mixture.

Pour into crust of:


2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter

Save small amount to sprinkle on top.
