1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 whole eggs
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg, clove spices
1 c. jam
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter + sugar.
Add eggs 1 at a time.
Add flour and baking powder.
Add soda to buttermilk, then to flour.
Add jam last

Bake layers 300º on left oven.
