3/4 stick of butter
1 (8oz.) cream cheese
1/2 cup minced onion
1 can (8oz.) crab meat (white or claw)

Directions:
Directions:
Add onion juice, worchestershire sauce, cooking Sherry, dash of garlic powder to taste.

Melt butter and cream cheese in a slow cooker, add other ingredients, Mix well, last fold in crab meat.

This recipe would need to be doubled or triple to serve a large party.

Serve warm in a chaffing dish with firm crackers or melba rounds.

This recipe was given to me by Annette Bailey many years ago when I catered Weddings and Parties. It was a favorite.
