2 c. sifted flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 T. melted butter
2 eggs

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until very smooth--no lumps! Melt butter into non-stick skillet, and pour out batter. Flip when bubbles appear.
