Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
When I was a child, we would have waffles after church or occasionally for supper. Mom would butter the cooked waffles and we had a chose of either corn syrup and/or Maple Syrup (every year Uncle Pat would send mom home with maple syrup from the Mennonites around Arris Ontario.)
My favorite syrup though, was Rogers syrup. But the only time this syrup was in the cupboard was when Grandpa Nicholson would come for a visit.
