4 Pork chops
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 medium onions, sliced in rings

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork chops with pepper and garlic salt and then marinated in soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and lemon juice for 2 hours.

Pour thin layer of oil in bottom of frying pan. Fry pork chops, browning well on both sides. Remove pork chops and set aside. Add sliced onions to hot pain and cook until slightly tender. You don't want to over cook them. Add pork chops back to pan and let it all simmer for 3 minutes. Serve with white rice.

Careful if you have high blood pressure. Lots of sodium..

I always add more onions, the kids love them. Never seem to make enough.
