1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup dry white wine
4 6-ounce cod filets

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil, add garlic and saute 1 minute. Add wine and bring to light boil. Bring to simmer and add cod. Pour soy sauce over filets. Simmer 2 minutes. Cover and simmer 5-7 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
