3 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:
12 oz package butterscotch chips
3 T. butter
3 T. water
1/2 c. sugar

3 c. mixed nuts or peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cream together the flour, butter, brown sugar, and salt. Put into a Jelly Roll pan (11x15 pan.) Bake for 10 min.
For the topping, melt together all topping ingredients except nuts. Once melted, stir in nuts. Spread over top of crust and bake for 8 minutes (DO NOT OVER BAKE.) Let cook and cut into squares.
