4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz) package semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin, vanilla, and oil until smooth.Mix dry ingredients together and add to pumpkin mixture. Combine. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400º for 16-20 min.
