1 package cream cheese (8 oz. 250g)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/4 - 1/2 cup pesto
1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomato
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Blend softened cream cheese, butter and onion.
Line a two cup (500ml) bowl with plastic wrap. Layer 1/3 of cheese mixture in bottom. Spread with 1/2 of the pesto, then 1/2 of the sun-dried tomatoes. (Spread each of these right to the edge so that the layers can be seen when unmoulded) Add a second layer of cheese, pesto and sun-dried tomatoes. Top with remaining cheese. Cover, refrigerate overnight, unmould. Press pine nuts into surface, garnish with parsley.
