Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (20-ounce) can McFearnow’s Brunswick Stew – available at H. Teeter (yellow can, usually not near the soups but near the canned meats)
1 (1 pound) container of Brookwood Farms Barbecue – available near the bacon/sausage in Harris Teeter. Or buy 1 lb. barbecue from Art’s on Morehead Street. I really like their barbecue.
1 can chicken gumbo
1 (12-ounce) can spicy vegetable juice
Meat from a rotisserie chicken
1 can (15 ounce) creamed corn
1 (15-ounce can) of chopped tomatoes
1 (11-ounce) can shoepeg corn (I prefer white corn)
½ box frozen lima beans
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bay leaf - optional
1 teaspoon sugar
Worcestershire to taste (about 1-2 teaspoons)
Lemon juice (about 2 teaspoons)-optional
Tabasco – optional

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and simmer on low for about 4 hours. You can certainly do it on high if you are in a hurry.
