2 lbs. ground beer sirloin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 big onion, minced
3 stems celery, cut into small pieces
2 pieces carrot cut same as celery
3 cups cooking oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
egg roll wrapper (can be found in any Asian store)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute ground beef, garlic and onion on a hot skillet, when beef is cooked/brown, set aside and let it cool. Once cooled, add celery, carrots, salt and pepper and mix all together in a bowl. Scoop the mixture (about 1 tsp) and wrap in an egg roll wrapper. Prepare the frying pan and pour the oil. Once oil is about 350ºF place the wrapped egg roll and cook until golden brown and crispy.
