2-1/2 lbs. lean ground beef or ground turkey
1-1/2 cups dry oats (oatmeal, uncooked)
3 eggs
1 envelope onion soup mix
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 package of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for bacon, and set a small of amount of barbecue sauce aside. In two roasting pans, form two equal meat loafs. Using the barbecue sauce, lightly coat each loaf. Cover each loaf with bacon covering all exposed areas. Bake for one hour at 375 degrees or until done.
