5 (8oz) pkgs softened cream cheese
1 3/4 c granulated sugar
3 tbsp plain flour
1/2 tsp lemon flavoring
1/2 tsp orange flavoring
2 egg yolks
5 lg eggs
1/4 c heavy cream

Crust:
1 pkg graham crackers
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c soft butter or margarine

My topping for cheese cake:
3/4 c sour cream
1/4 c powered sugar
1 can cherry pie filling


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475º. Put lg pan of water on bottom shelf.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is light and fluffy.
Mix in sugar and flour, and continue beating until smooth.
Add the grated rinds, then the yolks and whole eggs, one at a time, beating after each until mixture is thoroughly blended.
Stir in the heavy cream and mix briefly with a mixing spoon. (Do not use mixer to stir in cream)
Pour mixture into prepared crust and bake for 15 minutes at 475º, then reduce the oven temperature to 200º and continue to bake for another hour. (do not open the oven door anytime during cooking or the cooling time)
When the cake is done, turn off the oven and allow the cake to cool slowly for and additional hour. Remove the cake from the oven and cool to room temperature. Chill before serving
Crust:
Mix all ingredients together and put in bottom of spring form pan.
My topping:
Mix ingredients together and put on top of chilled cheesecake.
Take each cherry from can of pie filling and put along the top edge of cheesecake and around the bottom. Take and spoon and spoon the pie filling (left after using cherries) on the sides of the cheese cake, starting at the top of the sides.
