2 pounds lean stew meat cut into small pieces
1 package carrots, sliced
4 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
4 potatoes, chopped
1 can corn or mixed vegetables
2 tsp. sugar
2 T. Tapioca
2 packages brown gravy mix
1 medium can tomato juice
1-2 tsp. better than bouillon- beef

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in the bottom of a pan with a tight lid or cover tightly with tin foil. Put in all ingredients and stir well. Cover tightly. Bake at 250º for 5 hours. DO NOT PEEK!!!
