For Salad:
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, boiled, peeled and deveined
2 eggs, hard boiled, peeled and cut into wedges
1 tomato, cut into wedges
leaf lettuce

For Dressing:
1 medium onion, peeled and chopped fine
2 green onions, chopped fine
1 pint mayonnaise
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
4 dashes of Tobasco sauce
1 teaspoon horseradish
2 teaspoons Grey Poupon (Dijon) mustard
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange lettuce in bowl and place shrimp, egg, and tomatoes on lettuce in an attractive manner. Mix dressing ingredients together gently but thoroughly with a wooden spoon. Pour over salad.
