Ingredients:  
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vinegar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk

Boil the above until thick and add 8 oz. of cream cheese. Cool.

Then add:
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 (3 oz) pkg dried beef, chopped

Spread on bread.
Optional--add crushed potato chips over top.

Make this a day before you want to serve it.
