Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a great Banana Bread recipe from the Fannie Farmer Cookbook that I got as a shower gift 30+ years ago. I have made so many time the book opens to that page. This is a pure and simple banana bread, heavy, moist, and dark. Makes 1 loaf. Hint as bananas start to blacken put them in the freezer until you have three then make this wonderful bread.
