1 1/4 cups plain or cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
1 (8 oz.) package softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Dash of salt
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs and butter and press into buttered 8" pie plate building up sides. Beat cream cheese until fluffy gradually blend in sugar, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and salt. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Pour filling into crust, bake at 350° for 25 to 30 min. or until set. Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. Spoon over top of pie, bake 10 min. longer, cool and chill in refrigerator for several hours. Serve with red, ripe strawberries or top with canned pie filling
