2/3 cup Hershey's Cocoa
3 cups sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in large sauce pan. Gradually add milk and mix thoroughly. Bring mixture to a boil (bubbly) on high heat, stirring constantly. Turn control to medium heat and continue to boil without stirring, until it reaches a temperature of 236º (softball stage). Drop a small amount into cold water to check softball stage. Then remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. DO NOT STIR! Wait until fudge cools to 110º then beat by hand until it takes on a glossy sheen. Pour into slightly buttered pan and let cool.

*Pecans can be added if desired.
