Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This candy freezes very well! Growing up in Biloxi, everyone I knew there made pralines. One of my fondest memories was sitting on the frount porch eating pralines at the Levine house rocking in the big rocking chairs with Maw-Maw and her best friend, Fanny Griff. I thought they knew everyone in town because of the way they talked about anybody that passed by. They knew who they were, who they were married to, how many kids they had, where they worked and things I thought they shouldn't even know about.
