1/4c Salad Oil (like Canola)
2T Sugar
2T White Vinegar
1T Parsley
1/2Tsp Salt
Dash of Pepper
Dash of Red Pepper Sauce

1/2C Sliced Almonds
2T Sugar

1/4 Head of Lettuce
1/4 Bunch of Romaine Lettuce
2 Medium Celery Stalks
2 Green Onions
1 11oz can Mandarin Oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 7 ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. Shake container to mix dressing a few times (whenever you are the in refrigerator).
Toast sliced almonds in sugar until sugar is melted and almonds are coated and light brown.
Drain mandarin oranges well to get rid of liquid.
Slice green onions and celery and add with greens.
Right before serving break up coated almonds and add to mix greens.
Add dressing to mix greens and serve.

I like to add more almonds to the salad. If you do you will need to add more sugar to coat the additional almonds.
