15 lbs Potatoes
When cooked and still warm, pour on 1 1/2 cup French Dressing (recipe below). Stir gently to cover each piece. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Add:
3/4 cup chopped onion
4 cup stuffed olives, sliced
3 cup sweet pickles, chopped
2 cup hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 cup salt
Combine gently.
Mix together:
5 cup Salad Dressing
1/2 cup pickles
1/4 cup Prepared mustard
Pour over potato mixture, blend and refrigerate.
French Dressing:
1 tbsp sugar
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1/3 cup vinegar
2/3 cup salad oil
few grains black pepper.
