2 Lbs Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into chunks
Bread crumbs
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Milk
8 oz Swiss or Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 8 oz can Cream of Mushroom or Chicken Soup
1 Egg
8 oz Ham, diced
1/4 Cup Cooking Wine (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg and 1/2 milk. Dip chunks of chicken in mixture, then into bread crumbs, coating well. Brown in a little oil until golden. Place chicken in baking dish. Add cheese and ham. Mix cream of chicken soup with 1 cup milk and wine. Mix well and pour over all. Bake about 30 min at 350ºF or until tender and bubbly.
