2 Lbs Hashbrowns
1 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Cup Melt Butter or Margarine
1 Tbsp Onion, Chopped fine or grated
2 Cups Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper
2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup and sour cream together with onion and salt and pepper to taste. Add melted butter to this mixture and mix well. Mix with hashbrowns and pour into large casserole. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350ºF for 1-1 1/2 hours.
