1 Cup Onion, Chopped
1/2 Cup Green Pepper, Diced
2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped
1-12oz (341ml) can Whole Kernel Corn
1 Cup Skim Milk Powder
2 Cups Chicken Broth or 2 bouillon cubes dissolved in 2 Cups Boiling Water
1/2 Cup Celery, Diced
1 Cup Carrots, Sliced
2 Cups Potatoes, diced
1 Cup Cabbage, Shredded
Salt & Pepper
2 1/2 Cups Cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery, green pepper and carrots in melted butter until onion is transparent. Combine sautéed vegetables, broth, potatoes and parsley in large saucepan. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender. Stir in corm and cabbage. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer an additional 5 min. Combine milk powder and cold water. Add to chowder and cook over low heat until heated through.
