2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Salt
1/4 Cup Cream of tartar
2 Cups Water
4 Tsp Food Coloring
2 Tbsp Oil

Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Combine water, food coloring and oil and add. Cook over medium heat and stir for about 5 to 8 min. When it forms a ball in the center of the saucepan, turn out and knead on a lightly floured surface. Store in an airtight container.
