2 Eggs, Beaten just a bit
1 Cup Brown Sugar
Pinch of Salt
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Cup Raisins
2 Tbsp Corn and/or Maple Syrup
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together first 5 ingredients, then add raisins and corn and/or maple syrup (both is best). Pour into tart shells. Bake at 400ºF for 12 to 15 min.
