1/3 c butter
1/3 c brown sugar
1 c flour
½ c finely chopped walnuts
¼ c sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
2 T milk
1 T lemon juice
½ t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter/br sugar, add flour & walnuts. Mix to make a crumb mixture. Reserve 1 c for topping. Press remainder into bottom of 8 in sq pan. Bake 350 12-15 min till lightly browned. Blend sugar /cream cheese till smooth. Add egg, milk, lemon juice, & vanilla. Beat well. Spread over baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture Bake 350 for 25min.
