1 tbs. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1-1/4 c. mild vinegar
1 tbs. lemon juice
1/2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
2 tbs. chopped pimento
2 tbs. chopped green pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix gelatin, sugar and salt together. Add water and stir over moderate heat until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat until mixtures begins to thicken. Fold in vegetables. Pour into mold. Chill until firm. Unmold and serve on salad greens garnish with salad dressing.
